Training and Placement

Vision :  Sustained Excellence in Training, Placement and Career Orientation.
Mission : -  To act as a seamless channel between the industry and the institute and provide quality technical manpower to suit every organization needs. We have a team of people working for the accomplishment of the activities of training and placement in leadership of our Director, Training In charge and Principal. All efforts are being taken by the department to develop good industry-institute relations. The department organizes industry visits to enhance practical knowledge. To provide efficient manpower to the industries, the students are motivated and facilities are provided to them to develop soft and technical skills as per industry requirements.

In-plant Training (VIII Semester)

The in-plant training programme was introduced in academic curriculum to bridge the gap between the academic expectations of the students and the requirements of the industry. Students gather first-hand experience in modern business practices and skills. An internship is a chance to use business classroom to connect with what is happening at schools, to add value to the educational and career plans for the future. It also helps create possible future opportunities for students in the companies where they intern and conversely, the companies benefit from realtime evaluation of prospective employees. In that programme One academic staff member of the college will co-ordinate and monitor the in-plant training programme. Each student or a batch of student will be sent to the food industries for industrial training. The evaluation shall be done by the host industry and one academic staff member of the college nominated by the associate dean of the college concerned. It is recommended that students be placed/attached to an organization/industry for one semester. The evaluation should be done jointly by the college and placement organization.

 Introduction

  • Inplant Training duration                         -04 months.
  • Date of starting of Inplant Training        -15- 20 December of every year
  • Date of Ending of Inplant Training         - 15- 20 April of every year
  • Total Credits                                            - (25+05) 30

Objectives of In-Plant Training

  • To learn the analytical parameters related with Raw Material, Packaging Material & finished products.
  • To gain the knowledge of Production & manpower handling.
  • To learn Processing parameters & production line handling.
  • Research & development.
  • Quality control & certification.
  • To gain the detail information of Equipments Designing & plant set up.
  • To take Knowledge about machineries and equipments.
  • To maintain relation with industry people.

Achievement of  Training & Placement 

  • In 2015-16, CFT Naigaon Tie-up with 50 Reputed Food companies in all over India.
  • Confirmation of 35 Reputed Food companies given confirmation for In-plant Training.
  • Students sent for In Plant Training in 08 worlds precious Multi National Food Industries.
  • All students Training confirmation were ready before Dated 15 December 2015. & provided Food Industries for In-plant Training related to food sector.
  • 16 Students of CFT Naigaon taken training in different 05 states of all over India.
  • First Time Organized campus Interview in C.F.T. Naigaon(Bz)  on dated 09/05/2016.

  • The campus Interview of Rajshahi Food Products Pvt. Ltd. organized for 8th semester students at CFT Naigaon (Bz) on dated 09/05/2016.
  • Rajshahi food products Pvt. Ltd. emerging confectionary group & manufacturer of 15 different confectionary brands in Madhya Pradesh & location of plant is at Indore.
  • 14 students were faced campus Interview, on the basis of their interview performance 02 students were selected as Junior Production Executive & 01 student kept on waiting,
  • Mr. Nitin Raut production Manager of Rajshahi Food Products Pvt. Ltd. Took the Interview of students.
  • Shriram Kausaitkar, Govind Chavan selected as junior production executive and Tudme Vivek kept on waiting.
  • Other 11 students were sent to different food industries from college, selected students list already mentioned in above table.
  • The campus Interview of Rajshahi Food Products Pvt. Ltd. organized for 8th semester students at CFT Naigaon(Bz) on dated 27/04/2017.
